Our Resolution Process
To effectively fix an issue, we first need to reproduce it on our own machines. We have numerous Windows and Mac computers in our offices, all equipped with the versions of Premiere Pro that are compatible with AutoCut, which allows us to quickly replicate bugs.
Required Information
Since video editing is a complex operation with a multitude of techniques and workflows, it's essential that we receive as much information as possible to successfully reproduce the bug on our machines. Here is what we need:
- Screenshots or videos of the bug: Record and share the exact steps leading to the bug.
- Original footage or Premiere Pro project: Send your editing files via SwissTransfer (50GB free). To assist, here is a tutorial on exporting a Premiere Pro project.
- Screenshots of your timeline: These captures help us set up a timeline similar to yours.
