Encountering an Issue During AutoCut Installation?

Follow these steps based on your operating system:

On Windows

Step 1: Complete Reinstallation of AutoCut

The problem may be due to an improper installation. In this case, start with a clean reinstallation:

Check if the issue persists. If so, proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Retrieve and Send Error Files to AutoCut

To allow the AutoCut team to efficiently identify and resolve your issue, send us the error files generated by the application by following these steps:

  1. Open your File Explorer.

  2. In the top bar, enter %temp%, then press Enter.

  1. Find and open the folder named com.autocut.

  2. Then open the folder com.autocut.aea inside it.

  3. Copy all the text files (.txt) from this folder to your desktop.

  4. Send these text files to the AutoCut team, by either:
